Initial Client Design Consultation
Hinterland Design Co. will conduct an initial design consultation which can be conducted on your projects site. We will discuss your vision, what’s possible, set some goals and agree on a realistic budget for the project.
Project Scope and Research
Project scope is confirmed and quoted, and you sign an engagement agreement. We schedule in your projects commencement date and then conduct thorough research to identify all your site and design parameters,
by retrieving various site data to ensure we can create the best possible design for you.
Bring your ideas to life!
We create a concept plan for your review, we work through 3 design phases to narrow down the best option. Once we nail the brief, we create a detailed set of preliminary plans for council pre-approval. We consult with you at every stage along the way as well as other relevant professionals.
Detailed Construction Drawings
Following pre-approval, additional site-specific reports and engineering plans are received. We then schedule your project for the detailed construction drawings. We thoroughly analyze the additional reports and
engineering plans to ensure no detail has been missed for a seamless approval and building process.
Completion
Upon payment of services, the completed plans are provided for approval. Building can commence once certification is received.
